Redwood Pool Deck, 2000

At the beginning of the summer of 2000 we put up a rectangular above-ground  pool.  I designed and built this deck over the summer to make the pool more usable and attractive.  Nearly all the cutting was done using a Makita sliding-compound miter saw, which I bought for the job.  It's a great tool. 

I broke three ribs on this project, which is a story in itself.
